My Story:

I am forever thankful for being raised in a spiritual home with a loving family. I always remember believing in God, and I was given a bible by our Priest at an early age and began reading it. Upon reading it I discovered my understanding of God was inaccurate. My understanding at the time was I was trying to earn God's favor by doing good things and hoped my good would outweigh the bad. But as a teenager I began to ask some important questions. "If it was just about my good outweighing my bad, or being a nice person then why did Jesus have to die? Why didn't He just say, be good and then ascend into heaven?" I read Ephesians 2:8-9 and was convinced that it wasn't about me at all. For it it written "for it is by grace you have been saved, it is Gift of God not as the result of works that no one should boast." I remember kneeling by my bed on my 17th birthday and making a decision to follow Christ with the understanding that I am forgiven because Jesus died in my place. My passion and love for Him only grew stronger over the years and I started volunteering with the youth ministry at the Chapel in 2002. In 2005 after a short career as a Pharmacist, I joined the Chapel student ministry team and I've never looked back.

More about me:

I love music, movie soundtracks, making people laugh, helping others in need and every year I believe that the Buffalo Bills are going to the Superbowl!
