Although we have three different locations, we are one church with the same mission: to see every man, woman and child have repeated opportunities to hear and see the gospel of Jesus Christ. Each week, we focus on creating a worship environment that is consistent between all of our campuses. With that being said, there are still differences that you will see based on the campus you attend, so, we want to make you aware of what you can expect.

What time does service begin?

Service times are at 9:15am every Sunday.

Location/Where do I park?

Our Cheektowaga Campus is located at 1 Galleria Drive (in the Regal Theater) in Cheektowaga, NY. The lot that is closest to the theater is directly across from Five Guys and Forever 21. It's a good idea to arrive about 30 minutes early to assure that you have time park, as well as pick a seat in the Worship Center before service begins.

Where do I go when I walk in?

If you have any questions prior to service, you can stop by our Information Center out in the atrium, where one of our guides will be more than happy to help. Otherwise, you can enter the Worship Center in Theater 4.

What should I wear?

We want you to feel comfortable. After all, we are thrilled that you're joining us and want you to be more focused on the service than what you're wearing. In the summertime, it's not uncommon to see people wearing sandals, shorts, and a shirt. Others still prefer their "Sunday best," and that's fine too!

Where do my children go?

We know that it’s difficult for most children to focus during our adult service, that’s why every Sunday morning we have environments that are specifically tailored for them. King's World is for children birth-4th grade and Shine is for students 5th-8th grade. If your child is going to King's World you can register them with one of our awesome volunteers at our check-in table directly to your left as you walk into the Regal. If your child is going to Shine, you can head straight to Theater 7 and register them right at the door.

How long is service?

A normal service typically lasts about 1 hour and 15 minutes.

Where should I go when service is over?

If you're new to The Chapel, we would love to have the opportunity to connect with you. At each of our campuses, you will see bright orange "Welcome Tables" out in our atrium. This is an area where we can meet you and answer any questions you might have, no strings attached.

What is service like?

When you join us for a Sunday morning service, you can expect to hear the truth about who God is and what He wants for your life. We believe that Jesus is exactly who He says He is, and we base everything we do off of that truth.

What are the office hours?

Offices are located at 576 Dick Road and are open on Tuesday and Wednesday from 9am to 5pm.
