Each Jesus-follower is gifted by God for the good of others and the advancement of the Gospel. God wants us to use these gifts to serve other people inside and outside of the church.
There are many opportunities at The Chapel to serve others. If you have been attending The Chapel and are ready to serve, select one of the ministries below to get started.
Preschool and Elementary
Volunteers in King's World minister to children (birth to 4th grade) during Sunday worship services through singing with the children, telling stories and teaching the truth of God's Word. They check in kids, lead classrooms, provide assistance to classroom teachers and sing or play in the worship band.
There are several ways to get involved with our middle school including being a small group leader, assistant small group leader, or host.
Opportunities in our high school ministry include becoming a small group leader, greeter, security team member or a part of our café team.
In the college ministry, eGroup Leaders enhance and moderate small group discussions during Tuesday night gatherings. There is also an opportunity to assist with tear down when Vintage is over.
Serving at the Information Center is a great opportunity to connect with and meet new people every week.
Welcome Center volunteers connect with visitors and new guests every week.
Worship and Creative Arts

Ushers create a welcoming atmosphere, and provide information, directions and materials.
More than just shaking hands - greeters create a welcoming atmosphere and provide directions.
There is an opportunity to serve as a Sunday morning prayer partner and help lead people to Christ!
We have opportunities at all campuses to be a part of our Café team on Sundays. We can also use help preparing and serving food and beverages for special events.
Apex Sports exists to help children and students take a step closer to Jesus and to connect the family unit to Jesus through sports. Opportunities involve being a coach, a referee, a greeter/registration team member, and a café team member. Sports seasons usually occur on Saturday mornings and afternoons with the exception of the summer sports camp. This camp occurs during the first week of August during evening hours.
The Potter's Hands
The Potter's Hands provides an avenue and encouragement for men, women, and their families to get involved in various acts of service in the community, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of neighbors who may be facing desperate circumstances.
The purpose of the Communication Team is to create and edit content that will be used through all channels of communication. This includes social media, our website, and print. The team will consist of writers, editors, and photographers, that will work together in the planning and execution of content that we share.
Service opportunities for facilities include building maintenance, shuttle drivers, parking lot attendants, and grounds crew.
The Bookstore at the CrossPoint campus can use help selling merchandise or tickets for special events.
Opportunities to serve in the single adult ministry include setup, worship, and discussion leaders.
Small groups are communities of 8-12 adults who come together to explore how they can better engage their circles of influence for the sake of the Gospel. They typically meet in people's homes twice per month. You can help by starting a new small group in your home.
Foster Care, Adoption and Orphan Care (Every Child)
Opportunities to serve in the Every Child ministry include: babysitting, donate clothing, family event support, respite care, transportation, prayer & encouragement, community support, acts of service (provide meals, run errands, shopping, laundry, house cleaning, etc.), tutoring and more!
If you are interested in serving through the women's ministry, opportunities include being a teacher/facilitator, mentor mom, helping to prepare meals, and being on the connection and outreach teams.
The Men's Ministry can use your service as a table leader or as a small group leader.
