It is our goal that each member of our church becomes a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ and for each member of our church to be a minister -- actively involved in doing the work of the Kingdom. We are convinced that a person becomes a fully devoted follower of Jesus Christ by being in relationship with other believers where 3 key components of growth are taking place: the application of God's Word to everyday life, discipleship (where believers are accountable to other believers in their growth) and community (where believers share the life of Christ with one another).

Our method to make that happen is what we call small groups. These small groups are groups of 10-12 people who come together at least twice a month for life application study and discipleship.
