Each Jesus-follower is gifted by God for the good of others and the advancement of the Gospel. God wants us to use these gifts to serve other people inside and outside of the church.
There are many opportunities at The Chapel to serve others. If you have been attending The Chapel and are ready to serve, select one of the ministries below to get started.
We are looking for volunteers to be a blessing to the homeless in Lockport this winter season by serving at a special shelter on especially cold evenings. This is an awesome opportunity to tangibly show the Gospel to people you may never encounter otherwise. There will be a high receptivity for Gospel conversations with guests at the shelter.
In the college ministry, eGroup Leaders enhance and moderate small group discussions during Tuesday night gatherings. There is also an opportunity to assist with tear down when Vintage is over.
Community Group Leader or Host
There are opportunities at all of our campuses to serve as a Community Group Leader or Host. Individuals in these roles help disciple smaller groups of people by meeting regularly to discuss the Sunday morning message and build community together.
Service opportunities for facilities include building maintenance, shuttle drivers, parking lot attendants, and grounds crew.
We have opportunities at all campuses to be a part of our Food Services team, which helps in preparing and serving food and beverages for special events.
Foster Care, Adoption and Orphan Care (Every Child)
Opportunities to serve in the Every Child ministry include: babysitting, donate clothing, family event support, respite care, transportation, prayer & encouragement, community support, acts of service (provide meals, run errands, shopping, laundry, house cleaning, etc.), tutoring and more!
Areas of service in the Guest Services Ministry include Information Center, Welcome Center, Greeter, Usher, and Café.
Opportunities in our high school ministry include becoming a small group leader, greeter, security team member or a part of our café team.
The Men's Ministry can use your service as a table leader or as a small group leader.
There are several ways to get involved with our middle school including being a small group leader, assistant small group leader, or host.
Music and Media

The Potter's Hands
The Potter's Hands provides an avenue and encouragement for men, women, and their families to get involved in various acts of service in the community, meeting the physical and spiritual needs of neighbors who may be facing desperate circumstances.
There is an opportunity to serve as a Sunday morning prayer partner and help lead people to Christ!
Preschool and Elementary
Volunteers in King's World minister to children (birth to 4th grade) during Sunday worship services through singing with the children, telling stories and teaching the truth of God's Word. They check in kids, lead classrooms, provide assistance to classroom teachers and sing or play in the worship band.
Serve In Our Community
There are many ministries that we partner with in the Western New York region where you can make a difference.
Opportunities to serve in the single adult ministry include setup, worship, and discussion leaders.
If you are interested in serving through the women's ministry, opportunities include being a teacher/facilitator, mentor mom, helping to prepare meals, and being on the connection and outreach teams.
