Partnership

Partnership At The Chapel

God has one Body and one Mission. If God wants every man, woman, and child to have repeated opportunities to hear and see the Gospel of Jesus, then that is more than any one congregation or ministry can accomplish on their own. Plus, we were never intended to! That’s why partnership is so important in working towards God’s mission.

Here at The Chapel, we have a two-pronged approach to partnership. Our Gospel-centered partnerships exist through what we call “Kingdom Come.” This is how we link arms with the Greater Body of Christ to join God in his mission. We work with other churches and ministries to bring the Gospel in word and deed. Our Gospel-driven partnerships exist through what we call “KC Community Development.” This is how we answer the question, “In light of the tangible needs that exist in our region, what does the Gospel require of us?” We collaborate with local agencies and nonprofits to serve those most pressing tangible needs in our community, with the ultimate hope of pointing people to their greatest need, which is Christ.

All of these partnerships work together towards the very thing that Jesus taught his disciples to pray:

Matthew 6:10

Your Kingdom come, your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.
