We are unique, in that our ministry is outside the walls of the church. Through local agencies and churches, we are involved with families that are trying to restart their lives and are in need of household things. We do this by scheduling families to come to Potter's Hands so they can select what they need. Arrangements are then made for delivery if they are unable to take the items with them.
We are looking for anyone interested in using the gifts that God has given them to serve Him by helping these families. We have needs in the following areas:
Pickups and Deliveries
What: Deliver and pickup donations
Days: Saturday mornings from 9am - 12pm. One Saturday per month.
Requirements: Must be able to lift heavy furniture up to 100lbs. Also must be willing to pray with families and talk to them about the hope that comes from a relationship with Jesus.
Warehouse
What: Clean and organize the warehouse and meet with families to help direct them through the warehouse.

Administrative
What: Coordination of donation and need requests.

Requirements: No physical requirements. Must be willing to contact agencies, churches, and individuals to coordinate the requests that come in.
