The Chapel's Internship Program is designed to help you discover who God has created you to be, and to take your next steps in doing what God created you to do.
This is a 10-month long program designed to develop young individuals with an interest in ministry. The program will begin in August 2025 and conclude in June 2026. Over the course of the year, interns will participate in spiritual, professional, and personal development, will gain valuable ministry experience, and will engage in a personal and intentional mentorship process.
Participants must be a high school graduate, and must be able to commit to 15-20 hours of onsite ministry engagement and development weekly, and 1-2 hours of homework weekly. In addition, interns must engage in a gospel-centered community throughout the tenure of the program.

What is the length of the internship?
This is a 10 month long program beginning in August 2025 and concluding in June 2026. The expectation is that you engage in 15-20 hours of internship weekly (including on-site participation and 1-2 hours of homework).
Will I be on my own?
You will participate in the internship with a cohort. Therefore, you will have other interns that you will engage with regularly. At minimum, you will be with other interns one time each week.
What does a typical week look like?
You will engage with your specific ministry on Sunday mornings, will participate in development with ministry mentors and other mentors on Tuesday evenings, and will engage in ministry experience 5-10 hours during the week. You will have 1-2 hours of homework weekly, and will be expected to participate in a community group.
Will I get a job at The Chapel after I graduate from the internship?
While you may have the opportunity to interview for a staff role after the internship, a job at The Chapel is not guaranteed from participation in the internship program.
