What payment methods can I use to give an online donation?
You can safely use your debit card, credit card, or ACH bank transfers for online giving.
Can I set up Recurring Donations Automatically?
Yes! Through the Church Center app, you can set up reoccurring donations set at whatever frequency you like. To edit your reoccurring donation, you can find this in the “Reoccurring Donations” tab in your Church Center profile.
Are there any fees involved with giving online?
Not to you. There is an option for you to cover the fee along with your ACH or Debit/Credit donation, but this is not an obligation.
Is there a difference in fees related to ACH vs. Debit/ Credit?
Debit and Credit donation fees are based on 2.15% + $.30 per transaction
ACH transfers are based on $.30 per transaction.
Yearly ACH savings:
Credit Card - ($20 x 50 gifts) = $1,000 (1,000 x 2.15%) + (52 x .30) = $37.10
ACH - ($20 x 50 gifts) = $1,000 (52 x .30) = $15.6
Is it safe to set up ACH transfers through the Church Center app?
The Church Center app directly integrates with Stripe Financial Connections. Stripe Financial Connections is designed to offer safe instant bank verification and increased privacy controls to protect your banking credentials.
Can I review my donation history online?
You sure can! You are able to view the complete history of contributions through the Church Center app. If you have an existing Church Center account, your contribution history will be located in your profile. If you give by cash or check, please contact here, send a message. We will manually provide you with your giving history.
Will I receive a Giving Statement from The Chapel?
The Chapel will send a year-end contribution statement via email. If you do not have an email, we will send it to your address on file.
