I. Summary of Position
This position is actively involved in assisting the IT Staff in maintaining the network infrastructure as well as providing support for employee computing resources at all campus locations.

II. Principal Accountabilities
1. Implement and deploy IT systems, hardware, and software across all campus locations, including conference room technology, point-of-service systems, workstations, and networked devices.
2. Execute infrastructure projects as assigned, including installation of network equipment, cable management, and endpoint configuration.
3. Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure, network, and endpoint issues across all operating systems and platforms currently in use within the organization.
4. Provide technical support for employee workstations and ministry-owned/controlled devices as needed.
5. Maintain accurate inventory and manage procurement and distribution of computer components, laptops, and peripherals.
6. Create and deliver training and documentation for existing systems and when rolling out new technologies or enhancing use of current tools.

III. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
This position requires an individual with:
1. Demonstrated hands-on IT experience with deployment, configuration, and troubleshooting of workstations, networked devices, and IT infrastructure. Personally-driven IT experience or documented work experience that shows core competencies needed for independent project execution.
2. Minimum of an associate's degree in computer science, information technology, business management, or equivalent work experience, or majority of coursework completed while actively obtaining degree.
3. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to work independently when documentation is incomplete or issues are ambiguous.
4. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and adapt as technology needs evolve. A desire to learn quickly and take ownership of implementations from start to finish.
5. Comfortable working across multiple campus locations with varying technology setups and requirements.
6. Proven faithfulness to Christ in use of time, talent and treasures; meets all biblical requirements of a leader and influencer within the church body.
7. Strong interpersonal and written communication skills. Well-developed verbal communication skills. Ability to influence and lead in team environments as well as address and resolve conflict where appropriate.
