This ministry of The Chapel exists to provide a safe, non-judgmental atmosphere where we find comfort, compassion and understanding. This support group (Hope for the Journey) meets to mutually encourage one another to keep trusting God. Funerals

"Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of compassion and the God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our troubles, so that we can comfort those in any trouble with the comfort we ourselves receive from God" (2 Corinthians 1:3-4).

Losing a loved one is never easy, but it helps to have people surround you with love and comfort during your grieving. We believe that the local church is a family of believers designed to do just that, which means your family here at The Chapel exists to help you through this difficult season. We are available to aid in planning and conducting services in memorial of your loved one.

Currently, funeral services are only held at the CrossPoint Campus.

Grief Support

If you have experienced a death of a spouse, child, family member or friend, it may be hard for you to feel optimistic about the future right now. You have probably found that there are not many people who understand the deep hurt you feel. GriefShare exists for this very reason. This ministry is a special seminar and support group for those grieving the loss of someone close.

Visitation

The Chapel Visitation Care Team is a group of volunteers who are willing to make hospital or nursing home visits to you or a loved one. We believe prayer and encouragement can help in healing.

“Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them…..pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.”
James 5:14a, 16b
